This is a summary of the terms in which I, Christian Emil Lemus, will provide services to companies and individuals who so seek them for commercial purposes.
Reach
My services are open for general negotiation except in the cases of campaigns, individuals, and/or brands that sell tobacco, pornography, or are associated with any and all criminal activity, as well as political campaigns of any sort. Since I can be reached online, I am open to work with brands, companies, and/or individuals from any part of the world.
Workflow
After initial contact and service cost agreement is reached between both parties, I will schedule a meeting, which could be either online or on location to create a Brief Request, in which the service user will establish all the requirements for the services to be rendered. After the BR has been finalized, I will proceed to ask for the initial fee. Once the fee has been delivered, I will begin the creation/ production/ analysis process. A first presentation will be held for review and for observations from the service user. If what is presented is to the service user satisfaction, the final fee will be processed and final project will be delivered. If the service user requests changes, they will be worked on inmediately, unless it exceeds the initial cost of the project, in which case a new quote will be presented for approval.
Rates and methods of payment
All quotes presented to service users will be based on an hourly fee of USD $75.00. Depending on the complexity of the project a flat fee could be offered for the entirety of the project. Most projects usually take between 2-3 hours if all information is presented accordingly by the service user. A service user will not be charged if the ideas/ projects presented do not reach the satisfaction of the user. Only the retainer fee discussed in the negotiations will be charged. A service user can pay online vía PayPal, using their account or as a guest with their credit and debit cards. All country taxes will be taken into consideration when presenting the initial quote. The service user must provide all documentation for tax purposes. Bank transfers are also accepted. A service user will have to specify and deliver banking information in order for me to verify payment has been made. No work will be done until initial fee has been approved and transfered.
Workflow boundries
If for some reason no agreement is reached between both parties during negotiations, no fee will be charged.
Liabilities
I do not offer to be held responsible for any damage to brands, companies or individuals. All projects will be presented based on what the service user provides as information for the Brief Request. By accepting to work with me, you aknowledge and accept my terms of service and it's responsabilities.
